Terms of Service Dream Tools does NOT accept memberships from webmasters with websites that contain or link to the following: Software Pirating (Warez / hacking / phreaking, etc) Pornography, sexual content, nudity, adult material (including pictures, text, or links) Content containing excessive profanity, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or are otherwise deemed inappropriate by Dream Tools Copyright infringement (MP3, video, text, etc) Anything promoting racism, hatred, controversial topics, or illegal activity Please do not abuse this service or use it in any way other than for the intended purpose. Any malicious attacks against our web site or spammers will be immediately locked out. Members are forbidden from reselling any of our services, wastefully using of our resources (creating dozens of tools for no reason), or creating tools for other people. We do not allow you to give out your username and password to others. To conserve system space we will delete all free tools after six months of inactivity. Dream-tools.com holds the right to a lock member’s account and disable their services without warning if you violate our policy. Use Dream-Tools.com at your own risk. We will not be liable for any damages that may arise from the use of our services, nor are we liable for any malfunctions, loss of data, or disruptions in service. Dream Tools makes no warranty that our system will meet your requirements. Refund Policy: We do not offer money back refunds (with member upgrades). Exceptions include us rejecting your membership (because of adult material) or continuous technical problems with our site. Our free service is funded by banner advertising locate on your tools. We have a restriction placed by our advertising clients that all content must be in English. Therefore, we can not offer FREE services to non-English webmasters. However, we will give you the opportunity to try our services for one week, at which point you must upgrade to Professional Services (ad free) to continue to use our services.
